I experimented on a few 'render' options from Photoshop and found out that some of them are quite neat. :)
At first, this was supposed to be a normal 'smile at the cameraman' picture, but it went digital-matrix-like when I added stuff with Photoshop.

You never read the Archie Comics Sonic comics? those were the style format of seven years ago and it is quite effective!!
