My first time drawing Megaman/Rockman... the original one.
First of all, you all might wonder why the robot masters are with Megaman against the yellow devil... I'm taking this idea from Hitoshi Ariga's manga adaptation of Megaman. In that story, Megaman originally had to defeat all his friends, but they were repaired fairly quickly and got a piece of the action on Megaman's side. So yeah, trying to apply my usual style/atmosphere/climatic battle scene to Megaman and I'm satisfied with this. Blood? Nah, they're just sweating oil from their wounds.  Personally, the one I'll have most fun drawing from now on is Bombman. I mean, he grins in all his official artworks, how more devilish can he be? And let's face it, his mouth is almost shaped like a TMNT's. The ones I'll be less likely to enjoy drawing are Elecman, Iceman and Fireman.... something about them doesn't look so cool. There's not enough Megaman (original) art on DA... where's the love, people? XD And one last thing about this pic... to quote Rockman/Megaman... "ROCK BUSTER!" Rockman/Megaman and all related official characters are (c) Capcom. Song of inspiration: "Electrical Communication" (opening for JP version of Rockman 8) |

In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces.
